This course is what I call "asynchronous" meaning you have access to the material whenever you want and are available. Leave feedback and ask questions and I will respond within the next day or two. Also, each module can be completed in as little as 30 minutes, but you can also invest more time and dive in deeper if you want to. You can return to previous modules at any time.
This course is meant to help you develop a map (or plan) on how to process your difficult past experiences. I will teach tools and practice skills which will help you on your journey. I will help connect you to traveling companions (both within yourself and in the online community). I won't be asking you to dig up old wounds. This isn't meant to be therapy. I will help you know if you should seek out a trauma therapist and how to find one which is a good match.
